Students are offered the opportunity through fortnightly individual meetings to discuss progress and personal development. The students are also provided with the opportunity to meet weekly as a Sixth form to discuss potential developments for their Sixth Form. The results of the meetings will be relayed to the Head of Post 16 through the Sixth Form Ambassador. The Ambassador is nominated through an anonymous peer ballot at the start of the academic year. The successful student is then required to undertake the role as the ‘Voice of the Sixth Form’, working with the Head of Post 16 to help promote the Sixth Form for other students and within the community.

Bristnall Hall has offered me a brilliant way to take my education to the next level. Staff are always willing to help and provide support. I’m really enjoying my time here.

Seema Kishore
It is a very enjoyable and comfortable environment to learn
Martin Thornhill – Year 13
The common room and independent study room gives me privacy from the rest of the College. This helps me to work on my studies in a quiet and calm area.
Rebecca Henson – Year 13
The teachers are very lively and enjoy their teaching. They respect our wishes and treat us as adults.
Rachel Babington – Year 12
The Sixth Form has allowed me to continue my education in a very controlled and secure place. It provides many opportunities to better yourself in both lessons and in your own time.
Connor O’Reilly
Being a smaller Sixth Form there always seems to be staff available to talk to about my studies. They also listen to our points of view on ways that we can improve the common room and Independent Study area.
